We had a easy, relaxing, laid-back and awesome experience at this location. Jake knew exactly what we were looking for and he made it easy for us to choose the right furniture for our new place. He was not pushy or followed me around the store like most sales associates do. So, I did not feel pressured to buy anything right away. If you want an easy and great experience, ask for Jake! We went to Bobs in Monmouth Junction today to purchase a dining room set and couldn't be happier with the service we received. Karola, our sales associate was amazing! Ken Gordon is the best associate I have ever had the pleasure of working with. His knowledge and compassion is amazing. He let me ask all my questions and addressed any concerns. He was available to answer all questions and make suggestions. We ended up purchasing several items and were pleased by the selection and pricing. We found the staff to be very personable and knowledgeable, particularly Steve. It was a very pleasant experience. We will return in the future.
